We were talking of having a cooking class based on "family friendly recipes", and we were going to use Mark's book as the "eye candy" in the window...it'll be great!! I know his "voice" will come through in this book, and it'll be so friendly, like a female Julia Child right there. Although he's a bit (OK, A LOT!!) easier on the eyes.. Awesome! I'm writing a cookbook too, and yes, it takes a very long time! You can't just copy the backs of soup labels and send it in.
